Article 18: BYLAW AMENDMENT / REGULATION OF LEAD PIPE IN RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL HOUSING

Description

To see if the Town will vote to amend Title V of the Town Bylaws by adding a new section to require that prior to the sale, of a residential or commercial property, a property owner will be obligated to obtain a certificate that the water supplied to the property is by a lead free water line from the Town valve to the property’s water meter; or take any action related thereto.
